  unsweetened almond milk (or water)

• Nonstick cooking spray

  sliced strawberries, calmly mashed

1. Add Shakeology, peanut butter powder, and baking powder to a small mixing bowl. Stir till mixed.  

2. Add almond milk and egg; stir till mixed.

3. Preheat an 8-inch (20-cm) waffle iron; calmly coat with spray. Pour in half of batter; cook dinner till steam stops emitting from waffle iron. Place on a serving plate. Repeat with remaining half of batter. 

4. When waffles end cooking, place on serving plate; prime with strawberries.
